Reviews here are published exactly as patients wrote them, from verified treatments only.
We publish reviews, not testimonials
There is a difference. A testimonial is written for a clinic; a review is written by a patient about their own experience, on a platform where the clinic cannot edit it. Ours will come from Google and from patients who have agreed to be quoted by name and country — nothing invented, nothing bought.
Our review collection is under way and will appear here as it comes in. If you have been treated with us, your coordinator will send you the link — and please be honest in it, including about anything we could have done better.
Ask us the awkward questions instead
Until there are enough reviews here to be meaningful, these are more useful than any quote we could print.
“Can I speak to a former patient?”
Ask. Where a patient has agreed in advance to be contacted, we will put you in touch directly — no script, no supervision.
“What has gone wrong before?”
Ask what complications the clinic has seen in your procedure and how they were handled. A clinic that claims never to have had one is not being straight with you.
“Who exactly performs my procedure?”
Ask for the name and speciality of your treating physician in writing, before you pay a deposit. You are entitled to know.
“What is not in the price?”
Ask for the exclusions list, not the inclusions list. The exclusions are where surprises live.
“What happens if I need a revision?”
Ask for the revision terms in writing, with the conditions and the time limit spelled out, before you commit.
“Who do I call at 2am?”
Ask for the number you use if something worries you after you land home, and who answers it.
