Plastic & aesthetic treatments

Surgical and non-surgical procedures with board-certified specialists — and an honest conversation about which of the two you actually need.

The approach

Proportion, not transformation

The results that age well are the conservative ones. A nose that fits the face it belongs to, a brow that opens the eye without erasing expression, a body contour that follows your own frame. We plan towards balance rather than towards a trend, because trends in aesthetics have a short half-life and surgery does not.

A significant part of our consultation involves talking patients out of things. If a non-surgical treatment would achieve most of what you want at a fraction of the risk, that is what we will recommend — and if surgery genuinely is the right answer, you will hear exactly what it involves, including the recovery nobody enjoys.

  • Board-certified plastic surgeons in authorised facilities
  • Full pre-operative work-up before any surgical date is confirmed
  • Realistic simulation and a frank discussion of limits

Surgical

Face and body surgery

Rhinoplasty

Aesthetic and functional nose surgery, including septum correction where breathing is affected. Planned to the proportions of your face; revision cases assessed individually. Typical stay: 7 nights.

Facelift & neck lift

Repositioning of the deeper facial layers rather than surface tightening, for a result that looks rested instead of pulled. Often combined with fat transfer. Typical stay: 8–10 nights.

Eyelid surgery

Upper and lower blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and reduce under-eye bulging. One of the highest-impact, lowest-downtime facial procedures. Typical stay: 5–6 nights.

Breast aesthetics

Augmentation, lift, reduction and gynecomastia correction, with implant type and placement chosen for your anatomy and lifestyle. Typical stay: 6–7 nights.

Liposuction & contouring

Targeted fat removal with modern energy-assisted techniques, often combined with fat transfer. Not a weight-loss treatment — a shaping one. Typical stay: 6–7 nights.

Tummy tuck

Abdominoplasty for skin laxity and muscle separation after pregnancy or significant weight loss, where exercise cannot restore the abdominal wall. Typical stay: 8–10 nights.

Results

Before and after

Proportion, not transformation — the aim is that nobody can name what was done.

Non-surgical

When you do not need an operation

Same-day treatments with little or no downtime — often enough on their own, and a sensible first step if you are unsure about surgery.

Botulinum toxin

Softening of dynamic lines across the forehead, glabella and around the eyes. Effect appears within days and lasts three to five months.

Dermal fillers

Hyaluronic acid to restore volume in cheeks, temples and lips, or to refine the jawline and chin. Reversible, which is part of the appeal.

Skin rejuvenation

Mesotherapy, PRP and medical peels for texture, pigmentation and dullness. Best delivered as a short course rather than a single visit.

Laser & tightening

Fractional and radiofrequency platforms for fine lines, scarring and mild laxity, chosen according to skin type and season.

Safety first

What we insist on

Aesthetic surgery is real surgery. These are not negotiable, however inconvenient they are for a travel schedule.

  • Full blood work, ECG and anaesthetic clearance before any operation
  • Surgery only in hospitals and healthcare facilities authorised by the Ministry of Health
  • An overnight stay where the procedure requires it, never a same-day discharge for convenience
  • A face-to-face examination with your surgeon before consent — the online assessment is a starting point, not a decision
  • No combination of procedures that extends anaesthesia beyond what is safe for you

Questions

Aesthetics FAQ

It varies by procedure — typically five to seven nights for facial surgery and seven to ten for body procedures, because your surgeon needs to review you before you travel. Flying too early increases the risk of swelling and clots, so we plan the return flight around the clinical need rather than the other way round.
Sometimes, and it can be sensible — one anaesthetic, one recovery. But total operating time has a safety ceiling. Your surgeon decides what can be combined for you specifically, and will refuse combinations that push beyond it.
Any surgery leaves a scar; the skill is in placing it where it is concealed and closing it well. Your surgeon will show you exactly where incisions will sit and how they typically mature over twelve to eighteen months.
Every procedure carries risks — bleeding, infection, anaesthetic complications, asymmetry, and the possibility of a result that needs revision. You will receive a written, procedure-specific list before consent, and you should ask about anything on it that is unclear.
