3. No guarantee of outcome
Medical and aesthetic outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Any images, timelines, ranges or descriptions of results on this site illustrate what has been achieved in particular cases and are not a promise of what will be achieved in yours. Your own expected outcome, its limits and its risks are set out in your individual treatment plan and consent documents.
4. Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry made through this website does not create a booking. A quotation is an invitation to proceed and remains subject to the face-to-face examination in Istanbul; if that examination shows the plan must change, you will be told before treatment begins and you may decline without penalty. A treatment relationship arises only when a written treatment agreement is concluded between you and the treating provider.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate and complete information about your health, medication and medical history. Withholding it can make treatment unsafe.
- Follow the pre-operative and post-operative instructions you are given.
- Do not use this website unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not submit photographs of other people without their permission.
6. Intellectual property
The name Auravia Esthetic, our logo, the text, layout and design of this website belong to us or are used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Where we link to other websites — public health authorities, visa portals, review platforms — we do so for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability and accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete. Treatments, techniques and prices may change. We may modify or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

If something goes wrong, tell us first: info@auraviaesthetic.com. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and give you a written response. This does not affect your right to pursue any statutory remedy available to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Where you contract with us as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
