2. No physician-patient relationship

Reading this website, sending an enquiry, or receiving a preliminary assessment does not create a physician-patient relationship. A remote assessment based on photographs is an initial opinion only. It is always followed by a face-to-face examination in Istanbul, and the plan may change as a result of that examination.

3. Results vary, and cannot be guaranteed

Aesthetic and medical outcomes depend on individual anatomy, genetics, healing response, age, general health, lifestyle and adherence to aftercare. Photographs, timelines and descriptions published here represent individual cases and are not a prediction or promise of your result. Two patients receiving identical treatment can obtain visibly different outcomes.

4. Every procedure carries risk

All medical and surgical interventions carry risks, including but not limited to bleeding, infection, adverse reaction to anaesthesia, scarring, asymmetry, altered sensation, poor graft survival, restoration failure, and the possibility that a revision procedure will be needed. You will receive a written, procedure-specific list of risks and complications before you are asked to consent, and you should ask your physician about anything on it that you do not understand.

5. In an emergency

This website and our WhatsApp line are not emergency services and are not monitored continuously. If you experience severe pain, heavy bleeding, breathing difficulty, chest pain, high fever or any other urgent symptom, contact your local emergency number immediately — 112 in Türkiye, 112 across the EU, 999 in the UK — or attend the nearest emergency department. Tell us afterwards so your physician can be involved.

6. Regulatory position

All clinical procedures referred to on this website are performed by licensed physicians and dentists in healthcare facilities authorised by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health, and are subject to Turkish health legislation, including the rules governing the promotion of health services.
