A photo-based assessment is a starting point, not a diagnosis — the plan is confirmed at your face-to-face examination.

Your data, handled with care

Your photographs and medical details are used to assess your case. They are never sold, are shared only as described in our Privacy Policy, and are never published without your written permission.

You will get one reply and any answers you ask for. You will not be chased, called repeatedly, or given an expiring discount.

About your consultation

No, but without them any answer is guesswork. A physician cannot estimate graft numbers, unit counts or surgical suitability from a written description. If you would rather not send photos yet, message us anyway and we will explain what is possible in general terms.
They are used to assess your case and are seen by the clinical team and your coordinator. When you send them on WhatsApp, they are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.
